You can shoot BB caps, CB caps, .22 short, .22 long, and .22 long rifle in the long rifle cylinder. Swapping out the long rifle cylinder for the .22 magnum cylinder, you can shoot .22 Remington Special, and .22 magnum. You could also fire .17 HMRF, but it wouldn't be the least bit accurate as you would be shooting a .177 cal bullet in a .219 barrel.
 
Don't know what you mean by the term "long caliber".
In the Single Six you can shoot .22 Shorts, Longs, and Long Rifles. You can mix or shoot the same with the .22 cylinder. If you have the conversion cylinder you can then fire .22 Mags with that cylinder in place.
