Ruger mkII 7.62x39

Ruger has a bolt action 7.62X39 rifle out. Does anyone know if this will accurately shoot surplus ammo? The chinese and russian stuff. Thanks in advance, Jeff

As for me, I'm done with Ruger M-77's Mk II's, as they come with a mediocre trigger that can't be adjusted. I guess I'd take one that somebody installed a Timney in...
