Ruger Convertible (9mm-357)

I am kind of looking to buy a Ruger Convertible (9mm - 357). All the ones I have seen are basic blue with wooden grips. Does Ruger make a bright stainless version with the fake ivory grips?

Yes. I shoot S&W K frames in 38 and 357, I have a nice M28-2 in 357 Magnum. I have some Colt 38s and 357s. I have a couple of 9MMs. I think a stainless Ruger convertible would be a nice compliment to the battery. The drawback is that the bores are 357s. That 9MM is like little Arnold wearing big Arnolds clothes. Things are just a little loose. A set of ebony Gunfighter grips from Eagle would be my choice over factory grips.

William, I think that the reason is just the idea of being able shoot up all that cheap 9mm. The accuracy never seemed to suffer. I have always liked auto rounds in revolvers. Just to be different I guess. If I recall did'nt the S&W 547 use the same barrels as the 13, and the 940 the same as the 640? I think I read that somewhere.
