Ruger Blackhawk grip shapes.

Hi.
I'm thinking about adding a Ruger Vaquero to my collection. I'm having trouble deciding between the standard grip and the Bisley. What are your preferences? I'll probably go with a .357. Possible a 45 if I can get one with a .45 ACP cylinder. I don't currently load .45LC, but I do the .45ACP and .45AutoRim. Will the .45AR fit in the .45ACP cylinder?

I like the standard grip much better than the bisley. It is just trimmer in the hand and not so bulky to hold (or look at for that matter). I have no trouble whatsoever controlling hot and heavy .44 mag loads in my SBH 4 5/8" with the standard grip. I guess maybe if it was a .454 or a .475, I might like the bisley grip better, but not for .44 mag, .45 Colt, or .357. This is something you will have to decide for yourself by handling both side by side in a gun store. And by the way, you will get much more feedback if you post this question in the Revolver forum.
