A while back just after Ruger bought Marlin from Remington, there was a statement from Ruger mgt that they were going to make the Marlins, "the way they should be made".
Most of us took that to mean the traditional quality (at a minimum). And, we fully expect it to take Ruger a few years to get into production to do that.
I think the virus and the related panic-demic effects have pushed the timetable back some. We hope for the best, but aren't holding our breath for a specific date, its still too soon for that, I think.
