Saw this on Ruger's website. It seems "aimed" at youth marksmanship training and distributed by United Sporting Companies.

Comes with a Williams aperture rear peep sight with target adjustment knobs and a Williams globe front sight. (It might accept inserts?)
Has anyone seen / handled / or actually fired one of these rifles ???
It looks like a neat little trainer, but, based solely upon the website photo, it seems like the rear sight is positioned a little too far forward for proper use of "target irons"? Maybe done to reach either the 3/8" dovetail or the rear scope mounting holes, which are both located in front of the closed bolt handle. And the front globe appears quite a bit larger and taller in proportion to the rear sight? Hard to tell from only one photo, or, maybe Ruger just photo-shopped the sights onto a regular RARC for the website?
Any info about this model #8328 would be appreciated. Thanx, Dave.
