Excuse my ignorance but, how does one adjust the rear sight? The rear sight has adjustable screws for elevation and windage. There are no left or right markings noted on the windage screw. Do you turn the screw down to increase elevation?

Think about it: if you tighten the elevation screw it lowers the rear sight which in turn would lower POI. GW

On Ruger sights, the sight is spring-loaded, and the screw works directly on the sight itself. Turn the elevation screw CCW to raise POI, turn the windage screw CCW to move POI to the right.
