Ruger 10/22 USA Shooting Team

Anyone have experience with a target model like this one? Should I buy this model for 550 or build my own? Or go with a VLEH for 400?

You can build a better rifle but it well cost more. Take a look at the used market, lot of custom builds around at fair prices.

I would skip the 10/22 all together and get a TC Classic 22 Benchmark. They shoot as good if not better than any custom 10/22 right out of the box
