Ruger 10/22 crown

I know this may sound stupid and i appologize for that. I was cleaning my gun tonight and i noticed that the inner portion of the crown isnt a perfectly circular, like in some places it looks like it has a slight edge to it. Is this a normal imperfection since nothing is perfect or is it damage from cleaning. By the way, there are no gouges or dents on that inner portion, so i think its just a normal imperfection. Do you guys have any idea?

Also i should add that it doesnt look like its damaged. I only noticed this when i looked really really hard at the crown for a few minutes and even then its not super noticeable

You mean concentric rings around the bore? Sounds normal to me. If a mark comes out radially, that wouldn't be normal. Anything concentric is okay.

You can have a smith smooth it for you or get a crowning reamer from Brownell's if it bothers you. But you'll have a shiney muzzle if you do that!
