Routing Bianchi X15 Strap

I got a great deal on two different Bianchi X15 shoulder holsters but have the same problem with each and could use some advice. I am right handed so the holster hangs from my left shoulder by the heavier leather strap. My problem is with the light-weight fabric strap that goes around my right arm and shoulder. This strap shows above my collar on an oxford-style shirt (actually a Hawaiian shirt) I wear to conceal the pistol. One end of the light-weight strap fastens right at the top of the leather strap and tends to run straight across the top of my back. I've tried twisting this strap into a figure-8 but that just doesn't feel right. I've also considered shifting the attachment of the main strap in the holster to shift the attachment point but the width of the main strap seems to indicate the attachment point belongs at the top.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
