I just picked this up 2 days ago as my first shotgun.
It was only $100 used.
Anybody else own this weapon?
Opinions, stories, accuracy (lol)?

Still havent had a chance to go shoot her.
I'm itching.
I have 100 rds waiting for her. :P

I finally got to take her out.

It's really not a bad gun.
Recoil isnt terrible... even for a 12 ga.
I had some fun with her.
So if you come across this shotgun for around the same price. grab it.
Again, it is a single shot break action.
But I love her. :) lol

I have the same gun in 20 gauge, ant it's a fun lead thrower for the price. Popped 3 doves in about 45 minutes with it on the evening of this last hunting season's opener. I've moved on to a Mossberg 500 for bird hunting, but the Rossi still goes on ever range trip. Gonna be my son's first full size bird gun when he gets big enough (he's only 7 and still a little guy). Being a very light synthetic stock gun, the recoil is vicious with slugs (which I love) and good out to about 30-40 yards with slugs. If yours has a modified choke like mine, throw some cheap Winchester or Remington slugs (cheapest at Walmart) down range. You will love 'em if you are a recoil junkie like me. Dont waste your money on higher end rifled slugs as your gun is a smooth bore- wont make any differece in accuracy. Again, great gun for the money.
