Rossi feed issues

I bought a Rossi lever 22 and it has feed issues... Quite often it pushes a shell up at too high an angle to load.. Trying to decide how to proceed.... Suggestions?

If you bought the gun new you could take it back to the store you got it from or contact rossi about it. If it's used then I would suggest take it to a gun smith. I'm not familiar enough with that gun to offer any other input.
