If you need to send a firearm in for service yes, then the request is cut and dry and you are done, I just need a part. Got it figured out though, don't try to call customer service, you won't get through. I am a little slow and once I noticed the chat feature that was being blocked by adds on my tablet, I sent my request and within minutes I was up and rolling, the customer service lady called me for my CC info to order the part. 7-15 business days from now I will have the screw I need and can put the rifle back together, man I miss it.... love that little .44. All is well and once I figured out there system they were very helpful.
