Rossi 462 Replacemenet grips

I own (and love) a Rossi 462 .357 magnum.
It is the same size as an S&W K frame round butt.

Has anyone tried to put S&W round butt grips on one of these?
The stock rubber ones tend to cling to my shirt when I CCW with it.
I would like to know before I order a set and have to send them back.

This may be of no help I remember that the little 5 shot Rossie that was a copy of a mod 36.That the Smith grips would fit but the screw wouldn't Unless you thined down the middle of the screw then it would clear and grips worked. You may have same problem. I put Pacmyer on my Rossi its the 357 snub don't remember number. ordered them direct from Pac. .

Nope. I have a 641 (the blued version) and i tried the S&W J & K frame grips on it. Neither one would fit. The only after market grips i've found for it are Pachmayers.
