Rosie's Blow-Hole

Looks like Rosie O’Doucebag is at it again.

She doesn’t know how or when to keep her big mouth shut.

She has been blasting Whitney Houston about her recent incident in Hawaii.

Maybe some fed up celebrity types will help muzzle her blowhole permanently.

it just boggles the mind that someone who has ARMED guard protecting her, is fighting so hard to deny others similar protection. just because most of us do not have the money to hire armed guards doesn't mean that we are not entitled to armed protection. if she is so against firearms, why doesn't she have unarmed guards?

it reminds me of a highly publicized story from several years ago about a writer in DC who wrote numerous articles against the private ownership of firearms. when his home was broken into one night, he shot the intrudor with a handgun. when asked by the police why he had a gun due to his position against guns (the gun was legal, by the way), he responded that that only applied to regular people. this made the front page back then where I live.

I believe the writer FUD refers to is/was Carl T. Rowan, the personification of hypocrisy.

Do we actually know that Robustly Abominable has armed security, or simply take it for granted?

Re: Carl Rowan. Actually he said that as long as other people had them, he needed one. (So see, it's still our fault.) The "ordinary people, not us" line was actually utterred by one or both of the Tom Hayden / Jane Fonda Dynamic Duo to LA cops when responding to an intruder call when they found the pair anxiously waiting the arrival of the men in blue armed with a handgun. Reportedly one of the LEO's asked if they were so dead-set against guns, why they had one...

FUD -

No. Go get some sleep (if you can). You'll need it when the munchkin wakes you again tonight. Just thought it was a question worth asking. And I wasn't attempting to find fault with the Carl/Tom/Jane thing, just trying to help keep all the various inane comments straight. (It gets really hard to keep track of them all.)

Carl DIDN"T shoot someone breaking in to his home, he shot a trespasser who was in Carl's swimming pool. Now if it had been someone other than Carl, the homeowner's fanny would have hit the back wall of the cell so fast he would not know what happened.

Yes Rosie was in prime form last nite, and although Whitney seemed to take the worst of it, she was far from the only one. Can you imagine anyone in their right mind accusing Puff Daddy of packing heat at the Grammy's...on the day he was indicted on more charges? Good thing he wasn't (then again, maybe he was..), he might have blown Rosie right off the stage. And judging by the audience reaction to her "jokes"...I think then they might have finally applauded!

Rosie came down on Whitney for several things...starting with a big "Aloha" referring to the marijuana incident in Hawaii...she also knocked her for thanking God (and why is that a bad thing???)...and said that God had more important things to worry about than whether or not Whitney won a Grammy...and then when Rosie announced Whitney's performance she said that Whitney's favorite band was the "Doobies". She just doesn't know when to quit.

Hmmm...maybe the anti's will see this as a wakeup call...that Rosie doesn't know everything or what is best for everyone. Could work in our favor...since she just alienated another large viewing audience.

Score one for Whitney...while Rosie was babbling about the Hawaii incident I am 99% sure Whitney flipped her off...she pumped her arm up in the air and the camera cut off just below her hand...wonder if Rosie caught that? :D Everyone who caught it agrees that she did indeed flip her off...haven't read any news accounts to see if it was verified.

If you noticed Rosie's comments regarding "Puff Daddy", they were in a joking manner. The man is a felon in possesion of a weapon, was involved in a shooting and Rosie simply joked about it. She failed to condemn him for his action.

When Tom Selleck was on her show, Rosie condemned and attacked him for making an ad for a LEGAL organization composed of law abiding citizens.

Break the law, ha ha ha! Exercise your Constitutional right, @*&#*&^#*#@*.

What a hypocrite!

Something to be said about this as well.

Carl Rowen is from McMinville TN. originally.

He was visiting his brother there and took a handgun home with him to Washington D.C. where it is illegal to possess this weapon. So the gun was illegal.

Carl had pursued the anti-gun forum for sometime, but as you say that apparently did not mean to include himself.

It seems that a young black male had scaled the fence around Carls pool and took a swim. This was the danger that threated the anti-gunner. A small boy.

It was quite sometime before the anti-gun writer ventured back to his old ways, but he couldn't resist and ocasionally slips one in.

Rosie, well guys this is the only way she can get any attention. Would you marry or even date someone with an aire like that?Besides the gigalo/bodyguard is probably blind. The only thing he can hit is Rosie.

Heard on the radio today that Whitney shot Rosie the bird after that comment but it didnt make the cut to the show. That would have been too funny if it had actually made it on camera.

She is really losing it.

A few weeks ago she publically mentioned she wanted to be someone's "lifeline" on one of those new primetime quiz shows. Sure enough, some doofus made her one. Dunno how it turned out, but a few days later she is making the network morning shows talking about how cool it was and such. Nothing about the real contestant, just all about Rosie being the lifeline.
Man, this vanity and urgent need to be centerstage is disgusting....what next, will we hear about her morning bowel movements?
