Rosco Arms Deringer

Need some info on a Rosco Arms 22LR Deringer. Would like to know when they were produced and the last year produced. It looks like a copy of a Remington Deringer model 95.

It looks like it's steel, but it has stainless steel liners. Gent says that he purchased it new in the 1960's. Says it was made in Germany. SN # 2827X

Would like to find out the trade in value on it and what it's worth as of now. Shows wear but rifling is good. Works.

Thanks.

Kaliburz, the name Rosco Arms was a trade name used by Rohm located in Sontheim an der brenz, Germany. Rohm firearms were imported to the USA during the 1960's & 1970's. And you are correct, the Rohm Derringer is a copy of the Remington Model 95. Today a Rohm Derringer in excellent condition could be worth about $115-$150. Hope this helps!

It shows wear. This gun wasn't babied, it spent it's life in a pocket being used exactly the way it was ment to be....a pocket gun in a farmers pocket.

I'd rate it at 60-70% ......on the outside. As I said, the bore, it's fine. Rifling is there (but then again, it only fires 22LR).

Steve, that price you mentioned, that's just total value....not as a trade in?????

Kaliburz, yes total value. But at 60%-70% the value would drop to about $55-$65. Hope this helps!
