Romanian AK sight adjustment ?

Just got one of the WASR-10 single stack Romo's from Century($150) and was unfortunate enough to get one of the "assembled by a drunk monkey on a friday afternoon"guns(as did a friend).The front sight is canted to the left(holding buttstock on your thigh)about a 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch.That sight looks to be pinned to the barrel,but can a gunsmith realign that for not a lot of $?
P.S. If it matters,this looks to be identical to a SAR-1 with the exception of the single stack receiver.

That's AK-47.net, the Romanian forum. They'll know what can be done.

The vague impression I have from reading posts on it in the past, is that yes, this can all be corrected by a competent smith. I'm sure there are some guys at AK-47.net who can do it.

Yes it is drilled and pinned. The quick fix is to replace the rear sight with an RPK adjustable, which were available recently from Tapco (and hopefully still are).
