My only experience with a "pistol rifle" was when I shot my uncle's buddies .300 Weatherby. I could have sworn it was a T/C but I just looked at the site and don't see that caliber...then again I don't see the .600 Nitro Express that I know they made as well. The gun sure looked great, real nice, and it was super light. Back then, I didn't know all that much about guns so the lightbulb did not go off in my head: hmmmm, .300 Weatherby, handgun, light...
Boom! Ouch. I mean ouch. I mean big time ouch. My right hand, my elbow especially, and oh the sting. Dude, my **** was stinging like mad. There was powder residue all over my face...and it was a hot summer day so all the sweat made it all the more uncomfortable. Since I was new to guns, I stupidly tried to remove the brass with no gloves on. Ouch again. The whole experience kinda sucked. When I fired it, it was like the entire world stopped for a second, and that second went in slow mo.
