Rock River 9/11 Rifle

I dont like it

This does not seam like a very good price. 1/9 twist, no front site, and their bolts aren't even Carpenters steel.

Frankly, I would-be more impressed if Rock River outright donated $250,000 to some kind of victims fund rather than offering another AR with frankly a cheesy laser etching on the side.
 
It is a crass and obvious attempt to capitalize on an American tradgedy by a foreign company. It is nothing short of disgusting.
 
I'm pretty sure they will be donating the proceeds, or some of the proceeds. Although, it does not say so in that blog....

Does anyone own an RRA rifle?
 
I own 1 stamped US Government Property or some such nonsense that i got from Pete at Legal Transfers 6 or 8 years ago,it was suposed to be a limited eddition or over run on a DEA contract . It is a good shooter ,but doe's NOT have a mil spec 4150 chrome lined barrel or a flash hider or a FA BCG . the finish is more grey than black . IMHO RRA is nothing special .
 
How is it marked US GOV Property and yet not MIL SPEC? I think you probably got hosed on that one.

That's probably why they were FS, RRA screwed up and built commercial spec weapons for a MIL-SPEC contract.
