Roberts and the 2nd Amendment

What do we actually KNOW about where Roberts stands on the 2nd Amendment? I have heard absolutely nothing on this yet--any info from my fellow gun nuts?

He seems to be a bit of an enigma on a lot of issues.

This is a subset of the question is he a constructionist or a legal evolutionist? Does he believe that the Constitution as it was written is the only valid agreement holding the Union together or does he believe that our basic premises for existance as a nation are changable on a whim?

Yup, he seems to be in the Ginsburg mode. Very moderate. Should be an easy sell! Sarcasm off!

Nuttin much on the NRA site on him.

Bush has lied about so much that I really think his agenda is "globalism" and he is trying his best (not much) to conceal that from us.

I sure do wish I had ...some.... inkling of Roberts' stand on the 2nd.

But I'm afraid that our gummint is now solely "of the people" and I don't trust Bush no matter what he says.

Truly now in the land of ignorance and getting what they dish up for us.
