Here is the case

You've all heard of it by now, and they are supposed to grant or refuse cert today. Anybody has any news/rumours?

Stewart vs. US is a case regarding the question if a machinegun which one assembles and does not sell is covered by the NFA or protected by the 10th Amendment. The 9th Circuit court ruled that it is so protected, even if you made it from parts that where shipped interstate.
