This Sunday New York Times -- Magazine Section -- has an absolutely stunning article on how a contractor in Brooklyn is shipping arms and supplys to his brothers in Albania. His brothers are operating the resistance movement which is running guns from Albania into Kosova to fight the Serbian Army. The Albanians are seeking independence from the Serbs. The Serbs are truly barbarians, employing systematic rape and genocide against the ethic groups in the region. In the interest of peace, of course, the U.S. through the Clinton administration supports the Serbs! The Albanians are fighting a genuine guerrilla war for freedom and operating on a shoestring. The KLA (Kosova Liberation Army) which is made up of Albanians who have returned to their homeland to fight, is recognized by the international community as a legitimate resistance organization; not a terrorist group. For this reason, it is, apparently, legal for private individuals to send the group weapons and supplies. Anyone have a few extra AK's or AR's? This is fascinating and inspiring stuff!! On the AR15.com site some guy claiming to be part of the KLA said they had a little prob with some ARs they got in Germany, they thought is fired a 7.62, and so they troops went out and came back in a hurry when they foudn they had the wrong ammo
 
I saw that post. Three "soldiers" were sent to take a machine gun post with M16s they didn't even zero in. On top of that, they were given the wrong caliber for their guns. Pretty good training, huh?

Maybe we're becoming a nation of riflemen once again?
