Riot in Baldwin Park, CA?!?

I was talking with a CHiP earlier. She said there was a riot. A open borders group and anti-illegal immigration group went at each other. One woman was injured. I haven't seen a news link yet with substantive information. The woman injured was hosptalized with head inuries, brain swelling and possibly bleeding. Anybody heard anything about this?
 
Willing to bet the 'peace loving pacifists' were the ones that bashed the woman's head in.

Hell, the leftists can't even get along with each other. At the RNC convention in NYC one leftist group set another leftist protest group's paper mache dragon on fire.
 
That is the incident. This is the second riot if CNN can be trusted. There were reports of $500,000.00 in damages to the UCLA campus in an earlier riot. Both incidents are being treated as regional news. Interesting. Thanks shootin student!

Seriously, I think that if early Soviet [pre-Stalin] revolutionaries have met modern leftists, they'd have laughed at them.
 
You know, I would gladly meet any gun owner, mental or not, and would have no fear of them.

I truly fear the "tolerate" crowd and the leftest. For some odd reason, they seem more prone to violence then any other group that I've met.

Gun owners are typically cooler because they don't want to have to use them unless they are forced too, and they would prefer not provoking anyone else into their use.
 
The anti-illegal immigration group was outnumbered. 500 to 50. The woman who was injured is in intensive care. That does NOT agree with the assertion that there were NO inuries at the riot. The flag of our nation was spit on, walked on and drug through the streets of Baldwin Park, CA. American citizens were threatened and injured. Government authorities were ineffective and outnumbered. Anybody remember Columbus, NM?
 
Look for more of these organized confrontations. A common m.o. setting up a group for confrontation with organized and paid agitators mixed in with standard political opposition.

The idea is that it is escalated to the point where intervention can be justified, and the ball can be tossed back and forth per political soccer. A great distraction from the underlying principles at stake, polarizes the two sides (the "antis" and the "pros") - and turns them into a problem that "needs controlling".

Look for a new "terrorist" catagory; the "anti-immigration extremist groups" etc. Controlled conflict for controlled change.
 
This incident was prompted by archways erected in the city of Baldwin Park that have murals and inscriptions on their arches which are considered by some folks to be anti-American if not downright treasonous. Sayings like, "Things were better before they came." and "This land once belonged to Mexico and the Indians, and it will again!" Same old Mecha and Aztlan BS claiming ownership over all of the southwestern United States by Mexico. Land which was "stolen" from them. As I recall, it was ceded by the Mexicans in the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo circa 1842 (correct me if I'm wrong here folks) following war with the big bad white European blue eyed ugly mean devil worshiping thieving "settlers". You know the ones. The guys who set up farms and built roads, businesses, schools, and churches. The ones who civilized a savage land thereby ending the savagery.

Some anti-illegal immigrant folks were protesting this "artwork" and were spat upon, cursed, and otherwised demeaned by those attending who found the "artwork" to their liking. This is what the racist left calls "dialogue". Anyway, a 66 year old gray haired female anti-illegal immigrant "protester" was hit in the head by a water bottle, presumably full, thrown by one of those promoting "dialogue". She was hospitalized and released, but has since been seen by medical personnel again. Her injuries appear to be greater than first assumed. More to come on this matter, I am sure.
 
Look for an attempt to link all the following into one vast conspiracy:
--religous conservative (including Christian)
--Militias including border watchers
--Vocal supporters of the constitution (called constitutionalists)
--Gun types may or may not be stirred into the mix depending upon how much the gunner vote is valued.

The statists need a new boogie-man and what better way to get it than to create one. I'm seeing a convergence of these threads in Morris Dees' Southern Poverty Law Center screeds.

SPLC was responsible for convincing Clinton/Clinton/Gore and Reno the greatest threat to the republic was the angry honky militia movement. :p
