Rings and Base for new scope

Hi all.
I'm going to get a new scope for my Tikka T3, the current one is a 25mm tube but i'm going to get a 30mm tube, so i'm going to need new rings and bases.

My question is what is better one or two piece bases? And what is a good brand to get? I don't want cheapo stuff but don't wan't to spend mega bucks to.
I've been looking at Leupold Mark 4 rings and a one piece Base, am I on the right path?

Thank you.

Oh by the way, the scope will be a Bushnell elite 4200 6-24x50, what size rings will I need? (please don't tell me I don't need a 50mm eyepiece :) ).

Thanks

One piece might be better aligned, especially on the lower priced ones.
But they might not have enough distance between the rings for the scope.
You'll have to carefully measure the scope to see.
Ditto for the size rings.
If you haven't bought the scope, best go to the manufacturers website for the specs.

rings and base

Burris Signature rings, med. hgt. Either one or two piece base will be fine. Use extension rings if necessary for scope positioning.
