Riffle barrel inserts

Does anyone know who is making custom riffle barrel inserts?

I had one made by MCA years ago and it worked well. MCA in Alaska isn't accepting orders now.

I need a 14" insert for a 500 NE double riffle, chambered for a 357 magnum cartridge.

Sir:
DO NOT USE THEM! Use the ammo marked on the rifle - inserts are not fit close enough to keep from buggering the chamber! Stay away from them.
You have a wonderful rifle now - don't compromise it - you don't want a booble when a 1000 lb. brown charges!

I have one in 22-250 for 22 Long rifle. It allows for cheap practice. Though I do swab the barrel to get any fouling out before shooting regular 22-250 ammo. How in the world could you bugger the chamber with a properly made one?

Any other suggestions for a manufacturer or gunsmith that can make a barrel insert for me?
