Richard's Gunstocks?

Is anyone familiar with the Richard's Micro-fit stocks? I am thinking about adding a new stock to the Model 70 some time in the near (I hope) future and I like what I see from them, the prices are right and they look awesome. I am leaning towards either the Tactical or Thumbhole Tactical models in the black/grey laminate. What do y'all think? Here's a link to the site:

great link

I was looking to do a custom 98 mauser and i think I just found where I will buy the stock. the 10/22 stocks look great and are much less than what I paid for the Boyd's stock on my 10/22. Thanks for the link.

I bought a dual thumstock for this 22 LR. It needs to be fit which I'm slowly doing. I very much like the laminated gray/black stock. It's a bit heavy but it's laminated.

I live 15 minutes from Charles Richards' shop and have bought a few of his stocks. They are not drop-in stocks. You will have to finish the inleting and exterior. If you are patient and have some wood working skills/tools you can have some beautiful stocks.

The finishing/inletting will not be a problem. I was just wondering what the quality and service were like. I had always heard good things of Bishop stocks, then I bought one. I will never buy another. Thanx for the input. Now all I have to do is persuade myself to spend the money on the stock and not one of the Mausers down at FAT.

I have no personal experience with them but I have a good friend who is a Firearms Instructors at work and he absolutely swears by Richard's Microfit stocks.
Hope that helps!
