Rice Cooking Your Gun Parts?

Thought this might be an easy way to effectively clean oil and rust off small sensitive gun parts, turned out to work pretty darned good! Let me know what you think, try it yourself and see how it works out for you.

If I want it completely clean I just disassemble the bolt, hang the pieces with some floss and spray liberally with some ether starting fluid till its dripping with it. Give it a bit of time and after the fluid has dried off its clean and oil free.

Total time to clean - about 5 minutes (not including disassembly and reassembly).
 
That's pretty cool...! Let's take it to the next level though.....TURKEY FRYER....LOL.....Using water of course....:D

That proces should REALLY remove any unwanted gunk...!
 
Brake Cleaner from the parts store works as good as anything I've seen yet. It even comes with the little tube to blast out the hard to reach places.
