Rexio Revolvers: Junk, or just Ugly?

Has anyone here tried one of the imported Rexio revolvers that retails for under $200? I'm not seriously interested in buying one, but I am curious about the quality of such a low priced revolver.

BTW, I'd also like to know why Rexio only puts a bead sight on their .22 LR single shot pistol -- ???
 
I have only heard bad things about them. Century International was importing them for a while, but I think they had too many problems with them. I have never seen one in person, just heard too many bad things to consider taking a chance on ordering one, and I normally like cheap guns as long as they are fairly well made.
 
The older guns were mostly alloy frames (I understand they did make a steel frame, but the ones I saw were alloy) and did not have a high reputation. The newer ones may be better, but I would not buy one without a thorough check out by someone who knows revolvers.
