Revolvers with more than 6 holes.

Anyone know if timing is inherently any easier or more precise due to number of holes in a cylinder?

Timing more accurately? I dunno, I've heard valid claims in both directions. I do know that the trigger usually feels lighter, as the hand has a shorter throw.

Timing is inherently easy in any gun properly made. I have a HI-standard 9-shot .22 with holes very close together that times perfectly (and has a million rounds through it). I also know there are a lot of 6-shot revolvers being shipped today with timing problems. It ain't rocket science, you just have to make and fit the parts right.
