Revolver Recommendations

I am looking into buying another .44 Magnum which may be used for CCW, but probably will just be used around the house.

I already have a Ruger SuperRedhawk and have been interested in the Colt Anaconda or one of the Dan Wesson firearms. I might even consider an old 29 S&W if I could get a good deal on one.

What are your recommendations?

For CCW, weight is an important factor. I think the Smith 29, especially the Mountain gun, is the lightest of the 44 double action revolvers.

With all fact's considered,

I highly recommend the S&W 629 Classic with a 5" tube.
What a "fun gun" to shoot; accurate as "all get out", as
Tamara say's. And in particular, mine has a very slick
double action; straight from the box, and it ain't even the
DX model.:) :D

Suggest S&W Model 629 "Mountain Gun" OR 4" Model 629 with "standard" UNlugged barrel...both powerful, portable AND concealable--WITH a little thought/effort....mikey357
