Anyone carry a snubby IWB? Is there any such thing as an IWB holster that would drop the cylinder below your beltline so that the 'tumor' affect is reduced some?

Mostly carry a semi-auto, and when its a revolver, i just don't see how you would do it IWB...

enlightenment desired!

Sometimes, I carry a vintage Smith & Wesson model 60
.38 Special in a Bianchi "clip on" IWB holster that works
really well. I think I gave $6.00 for it brand new from
Bianchi Leather. Yes, it does put the cylinder a little
below the belt line making for very comfortable wear.

I'm carrying a Taurus CIA in an Alessi Talon IWB right now. Excellent combo for concealment and comfort. I've got Alessi holsters for all my carry guns.

That's a major way to carry revos - most IWBs drop the cylinder beneath the beltline. I've got a nice DeSantis The Companion for my 940, and one of their Insiders as well. Been IWBing revos since the mid-'80s - works well (tho I don't usually carry the N-frames this way - but some do!).

My S&W J-Frame, Model-360Sc hides IWB better than my Glock-27. I can even carry my S&W L-Frame, Model-386PD, Seven-Round revolver IWB.

My Don Hume 715 makes a great IWB carry with my SP 101.
It puts the bottom of the cylinder in my belt line making it very
comfortable and it rides high enough to use as a cross draw.
Shoot well

The Hume pic was interesting. I too have been experimenting with "high ride IWB", going so far as to put the cylinder just ABOVE the belt. I suspect this would work even better with a 3" or 4" barrel K-Frame-class, or maybe even a 3.75"/4.6" barrel Vaquero .

I now have a few "beta grade" holsters done, hope to have pics soon.
