Revolver in Kill Bill Vol. 2?

Anyone know the make and model of 45 that David Carradine used in the movie Kill Bill Vol. 2? It appears to have pearl Birdshead grips.

I just saw the movie last night (great flick, btw) and it looked to me like a ruger birdshead vaquero but I'm not 100% positive.
 
I was thinking a Ruger Birdshead Vaquero too but not sure. It also looked like it had something on the end of the barrel?
 
I just watched KB2 again this past weekend on dvd also. I couldn't tell what the revolver was. The two KB's are the best films of that genre I've ever seen however.

Carradine took over from his brother as host of Wild West Tech on History Channel, btw.
