Revolver ID Help

I've come across a small frame, 6-shot, double action revolver with no Mfg. ID visible. It has a 4-1/2" barrel. The grip strap says "made in Belgium"
The Barrel has two lines stamped: "FOR 38 COLTS SPECIAL CTG8" and a second line says "TEXAS RANGER". Can anyone ID this weapon for me?

Thanks to your info, I was able to research the company on-line and have found quite a bit of useful info on this pistol.

LOL LOL!!!!!!!! I had one of those that I got in a package deal at a gun show back in the 80's. Miine was S/N 2. I ended up trading it for a burro about 20 years ago. I still have the burro.:D
