The "Interarms" .44 Mag INOX was made by Astra and only imported by Interarms. Discontinued in 1987. The 2.75" 'Terminator'(gone by 1989) used Pachmayr Presentation/Compac grips.
Gunparts lists Pachmayr Presentation/Compac grips for an Astra INOX at $20.45. Supposedly, any Smith M629 grip will fit too. Figure out if it's a round or square butt first. Apparently, both were made an imported.

According to Wikipedia stocks whether it be butt end or fore end are for rifles and grips are for handguns.Stocks
