good God that looks like a mess. do you think they could've crammed a few more lines in that thing?

they left the up and down alone so i would say yes the can...LOL

Maybe it's set up to gauge distance? If that is indeed what it is, it looks like a case where the secondary function could interfere with the primary function.

geez...this is weird Leupold optics...do you really think they would do a interference reticle???
