government has a dismal 7 percent chance or less of finding a jury willing to convict."
80 Million gun owners is what % of the voting population? Since both gun ownership and serving on a jury are reserved to those who have reached majority. Maybe 40% or better? If only half of these refused to convict.... say 20%.... then the gov would have only a 7 percent chance of finding a willing jury... Think about it... It is one of the last best powers that we the people hold.
