Rescued my XDM 4.5 9mm

In a moment of weakness I put my unfired brand new XDM up for consignment at a LGS. Had bought it months ago and it never left the safe.

It had been sitting at the LGS for more than a month with no takers. My thoughts are the XDM is a firearm that seems to be one that someone is "looking" for.

For the $$ a lot of people are going to be looking at either M&P or Glock, especially new shooters

In any event I started to gave semi sellers remorse and went back today to take it off consignment

I plan on trying my hand at the PRP drop in trigger kit and any other mods I can think of.

It's good to have it back [emoji3]

Could be. I did handle a Mod 2 XDSC 9mm today and I really do like the way it feels. Noticeably a bit slimmer than the grip on the older XDsc which I own. I like the red FO front sight as well

The PRP kit will get you down around 3 1/4 lbs of pull weight, and will clean up the pull and break nicely and shorten up the reset a bunch. If this is a play gun then add a stainless steel guide rod to your PRP order for reduced muzzle flip (and still IDPA legal). When the newness of all that wears off get the Dawson Precision fiber optic adjustable sights and you will have a gun you will probably not ever consider parting with. Enjoy
