reputable riflesmith?

My plan is to buy a used Remington in 308 win. I want to have the action blueprinted, have a new barrel installed and have the stock glass bedded. I know I could buy a new hunting rifle for a reasonable price that would shoot just fine but it's just something I've always wanted to do.
Anyway, my question is....who would you recommend to do the work? I have been considering Hill Country, High Tech Customs, and Shooter's Oasis. Hill Country and HTC seem pretty reputable but S.O. seems to have a good accurizing deal that includes a Pac-Nor select match barrel for $659. The problem with them is that I've looked online and haven't seen any reviews on their work. Thanks for any info you can offer.

You might save some money (and time) if you just order the rifle from Remington's custom shop.

I've seen some very good work from Hill Country. You can even buy the accurized rifle from them, that way you don't have to look for a used 700.
