Republican Straw Poll: Vote Here!

Keyes 2000 CORRECTION - Online Poll - August 6, 1999

* * * * * * *

Many of you followed the link to the MSNBC online poll listed in
a previous message -- only to find results rather than a place to
cast your vote. Apparently the folks at MSNBC configured their
system so you cannot go directly to the poll page.

To vote in the MSNBC "straw poll", go to the politics front page: http://www.msnbc.com/news/politics_front.asp

and then follow the links to the online poll. Please accept our
apologies for the confusion.

After voting, you may view the results at: http://www.msnbc.com/modules/surveys/iowastrawpoll.asp

(Disclaimer: We cannot predict how MSNBC web site configuration will
change.)

NOTE: Keyes is gaining more quickly than any other candidate.

Spread the word....!

"On Saturday, Aug. 14, Republicans from across the state of Iowa will
gather in Ames. After paying an admission fee of $25, they'll hear
speeches from all the GOP presidential contenders except John McCain.

"The assembled Republicans will then cast a non-binding vote on who
they would like to be the GOP presidential nominee next year. Here's
your chance to cast your own vote in the MSNBC straw poll. You don't
need to live in Iowa.... Results will be continuously updated and you
can vote any time until Friday, Aug. 13...."

Spread the word...!
