Republic Arms .45 ACP?

Personally I don't know anything about them. You might try over at the 1911forum site. I am sure some one has one over there.

i have a patriot .45... i bought it for a light duty carry weapon... to be used at times when my p97 was inappropriate... so far i have put around 200 rounds through it... with no problems... it feeds ball well and will feed most hp's... not rated for plus p ammo though... accuracy is good... trigger pull takes some getting used to... but it is managable... it is light... and very concealable...

That price is pretty unheard of. I paid $260 for mine with the black Melonite coating. I still think it was a bargain. November
