Replacing a Glock barrel?

I don't have much experience with Glocks, but I do understand
that there is something about the way their rifling is cut that
makes shooting lead reloads unsafe. Just out of curiosity, since
there are a lot of Glock aftermarket stuff, has anyone made a
good aftermarket barrel that will allow shooting lead?

Glock barrel

I've got a Federal Arms stainless steel drop in barrel for the Glock 17 for sale. $65 includes shipping and insurance. Has 120rounds of 115gr FMJ CCI Blazer ammo through it.

Just about every one of the aftermarket barrels have conventional rifling instead of the Glock type. A check of http://www.lonewolfdist.com/ or http://www.glockmeister.com/
will show you a few.

Most of the barrels are also the "drop in " type that require no fitting.
