I have had luck with odd screws at "real" hardware stores. Can't always get the color or finish I want, but usually am able to find the right size and length. Safariland should be able to give you the screw specifics so then it is just a matter of hunting it down. Internet works too....just ordered some "Chicago" type screws for leather projects that no one had locally.
