Rep Joe Mitchells over the top response to a Pro 2A email

For those who haven't seen or heard this news story coming out in the past few days you have got to read it.


Its a response from Rep Joe Mitchell of Mobile Al. to a mass email sent to all the Alabama reps from a local pro 2A group member.

This guy is over the top and needs to go and needs to hear it loudly and clearly.
Im going to post his email address for anyone who wants to respond to him directly on his email and also the email address for the speaker of the Alabama house Mike Hubbard whom we are petitioning to encourage Joe Mitchell to resign his office .

A warning to members: the language used in the email is over the top and may be offensive to some.

I don't think emailing the guy is going to help much. He's obviously not amenable to reasonable arguments if he's going to stoop to that level of profanity, stereotyping, and name-calling. We should pick battles we can win.

I agree. You can't teach a pig to sing - it wastes your time and annoys the pig. Hopefully this man will lose his seat and wind up in a job for which he's better suited. With his great attitude and winning ways it shouldn't take him long to find something. ;)
 
I find it hard to believe he's had his seat since 1994. He must be giving his constituents what they want (or a bulk of them, at least).

I was thinking the EXACT same thing. Wow, his campaign posters are going to be impressive when he runs again...
