remove 51 navy barrel pins?

i bought a cva navy, brass frame and after resolving other issues the alignment is still off. looking at it again i noticed that the barrel wiggles because the pins stick out less than 1/16. is there any way to pull them back out? thought about throwing it in the oven but im not sure how hot or if i would warp the frame

The pins pull straight out. Just grab them with Vice Grips, twist slightly and pull. They can be replaced with the appropriate size drill bit or bolt cut to the proper length.

hope it is that easy but im not counting on it they barely stick out enough to do anything at all have to get my tools brought home couldnt believe i couldnt even find pliers at home!

well they were too short to get ahold of with anything so i tried grinding two sides flat to get ahold and that didnt work so i drilled a 1/16 hole as centered as i could and using a screw to bite into them with no luck so far even baked it in the oven at 250 for 30min (some people were not amused) have it soaking in kroil again guess i will try again tomorrow

If you strike out with conventional methods--

drill a clean hole all the way through the pin.
Fill the hole with grease.
Drop in a piece of drill rod, pin stock, or a short chunk
chopped off of the butt of the drill you used for the
hole.

Whack the end of the drill bit chunk/whatever with a
hammer. Messy, but it should hydraulic the pin out.

must say i never would have thought of that i did drill a hole part way thru and tried threading a screw part way in but it couldnt hold enough to get it to budge. gave it to a friend to take to his shop to see what he can do may try getting a welding rod stuck to it to have something to pull on. i have been soaking it in kroil for most of the last two days have to say this is the first time that alone hasnt done something
