Remington Ultimate Home Defense Vs Golden Saber?

From what i gather, they're merely Golden Sabres marketed as "home-defense" to cover their assets.. Seemingly all new hollowpoint ammo is labeled "home defense" for liability concerns

Combat Handguns, new Remington defense ammunition

The new issue of Combat Handguns has a detailed article on Remington's new defense handgun loads. Check the Harris Publications site for more information.

I don't really see the practical use of these new rounds if they are not going to be available in large amounts to the US general public or are not better by design than the bonded type Golden Saber line that is proven & sold in large contract runs to US law enforcement agencies.
US gun owners can't buy handgun ammunition that is N/A or that dealers won't stock/sell.

Thanks for the info.
It would be interesting to learn if in-fact the Ultimate Home rounds are culls or made of second quality components. I wander if they are bonded, non bonded or a mix of both. I have found the non-bonded Golden Sabers for about $15 -$20. The bonded tends to be around $25+. If the Ultimate HD is of the bonded variety then I may consider them otherwise I will keep my eye out for the cheap Golden Sabers since there is little or no difference.

Cabelas, new Home Defense handgun ammunition, bonded Golden Sabers...

I looked over my new printed Cabelas catalog. It had the new Home Defense rounds and the Golden Saber calibers(5 rds less & $10 more).
I was always thinking the BJHP meant BONDED JHP but in fact it means; BRASS. ;)
I don't see the new handgun rounds as any better than the Corbon DPX, Winchester PDX1, Hornady Critical Defense or TAP, Speer Gold Dot or the LE favored bonded Golden Saber +Ps.
Some handgun owners/security/sworn LE/CCW holders do not put a lot of stock into brands or designs but good performance against common barriers(leather, jeans, auto glass, plywood, etc) and uniform expansion with fired bullets is what consumers should get.
