I've been thinking about buying a few and leaving them in the chambers of my shotguns I have stored long term. Bad idea? Would it harm the gun in any way to leave what's basically a round chambered for a long time? I mean, they are only 5 bucks, so if they work as a snap cap and nothing else, why not? that's cheaper than most snap caps. If I do opt for these my main concern is leaving them in the chamber. Is that bad for a shotgun?
