Remington Model 51 & Astra Constable

Picked these two up at auction last week. After it was all said and done (fees and sales tax) I paid $650 for both of them. The Remington was made in 1919, and the Astra hails from the Seventies. They're both chambered for .380 and are in very good condition. They are both longtime itches that I finally decided to scratch. Yep, I wanted both a Remington pistol and an Astra pistol. They were both for sale and I decided to go for it. Neither will see a lot of shooting since they have been out of production for many decades and parts aren't really common, but they're in my safe now. Just something about well-made mouse guns.

I would bet that I placed the first bid on the 51. I didn't expect to win but thought if no one wanted it more than that bid that I could take it home.
I suspect that based on your state and the closing date on the local auctions that two of the same models.
