Remington HTP vs. Express

I can't seem to find much info on the fairly new Remington "High Terminal Performance" by searching online. I also can't seem to find much of the Green box "Express" ammo on the shelves around my neck of the woods. Has the one replaced the other in the remington line?

If that's the case, is the HTP simply new packaging, or does it represent new bullet design and loadings?
 
I just bought a box of the .45 ACP HTP myself. From what I can tell, it's the same JHP as the UMC bullet, which means it's an older design. And true to Remington form, it was dirty as all get out!
