Remington 870 Youth Model barrel

I have a Remington 870 Youth Model (small frame) with I think a 21 or 24 inch barrel. Can I install any 20 Gauge Remington barrel on it or is there a special barrel for the small frame 20's? The reason I'm asking is now that my son is grown I'd like to change out the stock and barrel and use it myself

The 20 ga. 870 Express youth model will fit any 20 ga. 870 Express barrel. You can simply swap out the youth stock for the full-size 870 Express stock and a full length barrel.
