Remington 870 Choke question

I removed the choke in my 870 and saw MOD written on the side; thus a Modified Choke.

I called Remington to order an Improved Choke so slugs can be used. Got it today. but the side says "FULL**STEEL OR LEAD". The receipt says Imp Cyl.

So, is this really an Improved Cylinder or really a Full Choke?

How can I verify?

If it says FULL, it's full. They screwed up. Good luck dealing with this.
